They won't accept my calls, answer emails, and want me to pay to chat. I hate their products and the way they treat their customers.

I placed an order with skinny fit on March 14, 2026. Never received the product tried to contact customer service for skinny fit started a conversation online and then was told to use my debit or charge card five dollars for a phone call from skinny fit. I was charged today again $55.95 for a product I never received you cannot have a conversation with skinny fit or get a refund.

This place is a total scammmmmm

They sent me everything except the pills, and to speak to a customer service representative, you have to pay more money. The number they have listed is a scam!
And to email the facility, you have to pay! They want you to pay for them to resend the product you never got. Either way, anything you want, even to talk to them, you have to pay more money!
Like fr, are you serious? So I just lost $30.00, I guess.

I havent lost but 2 lbs. answer your phone. Whats the purpose in having g a number if youre too lazy to answer. Customer stinks.
